Zusammenfassung

Soar Autism Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our center-based early intervention team, serving children ages 2–6 with autism. You’ll plan and deliver OT services aligned with our interdisciplinary model, including collaboration with SLPs, BCBAs, psychologists, and other clinicians.

You’ll implement developmentally appropriate interventions, monitor progress with data, and partner with families to set meaningful goals. A current OT license and OT degree are required.

Qualifikationen

• OT degree required and current license to practice.
• Experience with children is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate OT for children 2–6.
• Develop interventions for motor, sensory, feeding, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with SLPs, BCBAs, psychologists, and other clinicians.
• Integrate OT goals into Soar’s ESDM-informed approach.
• Partner with families to set meaningful goals and practical strategies.
