Job summary

ESC Region 3 Early Childhood Intervention in Victoria, Texas is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services to infants and toddlers in home and community settings.

You will assess children’s functional abilities, collaborate with families using a coaching approach, and participate in IFSP development with an interdisciplinary ECI team to promote meaningful outcomes in daily routines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Texas OT licensure required.
• Experience with young children and early intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct Occupational Therapy services to children and families in home and community settings.
• Participate in developmental screenings and evaluations as part of the ECI team.
• Interpret assessment data, prepare clear reports, and share results with families.
• Partner with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop IFSPs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with guidelines.
• Supervise COTAs and stay current with best practices.
