Metrocare Services in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for the Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program to support infants and toddlers and their families. The role emphasizes motor development, assessment, and family coaching in natural environments.

You will deliver individualized therapy plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, complete timely documentation, and participate in team meetings. A Texas OT license is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited program.
• Texas OT license/registration required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with infants/families.
• Spanish or ASL proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and provides motor therapy for infants/toddlers in natural settings.
• Uses IFSP to guide therapy and caregiver coaching.
• Organizes caseload, schedules services, and documents progress.
• Coordinates with interdisciplinary team to support ECI services.
• Attends ECI team meetings and adheres to HHSC/EI policies.
