Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Melrose, MN is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our clinician-led team. The role requires a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, current MN OT license and NBCOT certification, and preferably 1 year of clinical experience.

You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, document progress, educate families on equipment and safety, and work daytime full-time at CURA of Melrose.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
