Job summary

Midtown Center for Health and Rehabilitation in Memphis seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver resident-centered care within a comprehensive in-house therapy program. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Valid state Occupational Therapist license, where applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation.
• Optimize patient functionality through OT services, screening, evaluation, and treatment.
• Ensure timely documentation and billing per guidelines.
• Maintain patient-centered interactions with patients and staff.
• Supervise OT assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Participate in care conferences, case management, and team activities.
• Develop and enhance OT programs and practices to support quality outcomes.
• Maintain licensure and comply with regulations.
