Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy and related services for patients under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist.
• Assist in screening and providing input to initial evaluations.
• Implement treatment for assigned patients in accordance with the established plan of care.
• Comply with state and federal guidelines regarding documentation and billing.
• Establish and maintain effective patient-centered interactions.
• Provide direct supervision to rehabilitation technicians.
• Participate in utilization review and care conferences.
• Maintain awareness of changes in patient conditions.
• Conduct oneself in an ethical and professional manner.
