Job summary

North Memorial Health in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate clients, establish individualized treatment programs, and deliver compassionate care. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to prevent or reduce disability and educate customers and families about the plan of care.

The role requires MN licensure, NBCOT certification, BLS, and driving capability for alternate locations. Experience in clinical areas and strong communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate or Master's degree from an AOTA accredited school of occupational therapy.
• Experience in essential clinical areas; may be from fieldwork experiences.
• Demonstrated verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients and establish treatment programs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to provide high-quality customer care.
• Educate customers/families about the plan of care and participate in department decision‑making and improvement activities.
