North Valley Health Center in Minnesota is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement therapy for patients from pediatrics to geriatrics across inpatient, sub-acute, outpatient, and home care settings.

The role requires a Minnesota OT license in good standing, a degree in OT, and a current BLS certification; weekend and holiday rotation are included. Salary range $65,000-$100,000 per year.

Competenze

• Current State of Minnesota license in Occupational Therapy, in good standing.
• Bachelor, Master or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current American Heart BLS certification. If not current, training provided and certification must be obtained within 4 months from hire date or employment will be terminated.

Mansioni

• Evaluate and treat patients across ages from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Develop and implement therapy interventions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with patients, families and care team to ensure quality care.
• Interact professionally while maintaining NVHC standards of behavior.
• Work across inpatient, sub-acute, outpatient, and home care settings.
