Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a SNF client in Minneapolis, Minnesota. You will evaluate and treat clients with physical, cognitive, and developmental disabilities, developing personalized plans and delivering therapy to improve daily living skills.

This role requires an OT license in Minnesota, a minimum of two years clinical experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must hold an Active Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a setting treating diverse disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and client goals.
• Deliver therapy to improve motor skills, coordination, strength, and daily living abilities.
• Educate clients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment for daily living.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Job Summary:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating clients with various physical, developmental, and cognitive disabilities. You will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide therapy services to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Minnesota
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with experience in treating clients with various disabilities
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, practices, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
