Job summary

Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for our outpatient neurology program, split between Golden Valley and Coon Rapids locations. You will evaluate and treat patients with cognitive deficits and brain injury in collaboration with neurologists and a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited OT program, Minnesota licensure eligibility, and at least two years of outpatient neuro-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Minnesota.
• Minimum of two years of experience practicing as an OT in outpatient neurology settings.

Responsibilities

Occupational Therapist - Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and independent Occupational Therapist to join our established outpatient neurology clinic. This position offers a unique opportunity to practice within a specialized neurology setting while collaborating closely with neurologists and a talented team of occupational and physical therapists across our five clinic locations.

This position is 32-40 hours per week, with time split between our Golden Valley and Coon Rapids locations. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to include a generous CE allowance, paid time off, 401(K) with employer match, health insurance, dental insurance, and more.

Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide individualized OT services based on physician referrals.
• Primary caseload includes cognitive deficits and dementia. Additional diagnoses include concussion/brain injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and other neurological conditions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.

• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
