Qualifications

• Baccalaureate or Master's degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy. Doctorate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the physical and/or cognitive needs of a customer and establish a care plan.
• Provide or direct individualized care within scope of practice.
• Educate customer and caregivers about the care plan and expectations.
• Collaborate with the Therapies Center team to deliver care and improve outcomes.
