Minds Matter LLC is seeking Registered Occupational Therapists to provide comprehensive therapy in home and community settings. The role includes evaluating clients, developing goals, and supervising occupational therapy assistants to ensure high-quality care.

You will collaborate with families and other professionals, documenting progress and updating plans of care. Applicants should have an accredited OT program and Kansas licensure; Missouri licensure is a plus.

Qualificações

• Successful completion of an occupational therapy program from an accredited university.
• Current licensure in Kansas; Missouri license preferred but not required.
• Experience working with people with disabilities is appreciated.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise occupational therapy assistants through weekly calls and monthly visits.
• Perform evaluations and analyze medical data to determine therapy methods.
• Complete documentation (evaluations, progress notes, etc.) per care plans.
• Integrate employment, education and independent living goals into therapy.
• Attend team meetings and assist consumer in goal setting.
• Educate families and caregivers about brain injury strategies and goals.
