Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Licensed as a Registered Physical Therapist in Kansas.
• Strong communication, planning and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized physical therapy programs to maximize functional goals.
• Provide supervision of PTAs per Kansas guidelines.
• Educate families and coordinate treatment plans with the care team.
• Assess needs and recommend adaptive equipment or technologies.
• Maintain timely documentation and reporting of progress.
