Qualifications

Responsibilities

This position includes Program Coorinator duties!

COTA's will use their skills to follow the current plan of care established by the OT, advance the patient through the plan as directed by the OT, and work with the interdisciplinary team to enable patients to achieve their goals.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program with an active COTA license in the state of practice.
  • Must perform job responsibilities in accordance with Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and follow state and federal guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good organizational and problem solving skills
  • Flexibility and team work
  • Exceptional oral and written communication
  • Experience with the geriatric population
  • Understanding of current Medicare billing regulations
