Letort Springs in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN role within an in-house rehabilitation team.

You will assist in delivering OT services under a licensed OT, implement treatment plans, and monitor progress to improve residents’ independence and quality of life. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' function and quality of life.
• Observe and document resident progress and report changes to the OT and nursing team.
• Educate and train residents, families, and caregivers on safe daily living techniques.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate care across disciplines.

Location: Carlisle, PA

A skilled nursing setting in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join an in-house rehabilitation team.

This position offers consistent scheduling of approximately 20–30 hours per week.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in delivering occupational therapy services under the supervision and direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed to enhance residents’ functional abilities, mobility, and overall quality of life

• Observe and document resident progress, reporting changes and outcomes to the Occupational Therapist and nursing team

• Educate and train residents, families, and caregivers on safe and effective techniques to support daily living activities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote continuity and coordination of care across all disciplines

What You’ll Need:

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the State of Pennsylvania

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required
