Job summary

Sapphire-Health- in East Stroudsburg, PA, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team and deliver occupational therapy services under supervision to patients across diverse clinical settings.

You will implement treatment plans, assist patients with therapeutic activities, monitor progress, and educate patients and families on care plans, collaborating with the occupational therapist to adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have COTA certification and PA licensure.
• Experience in multiple settings (acute, outpatient, geriatrics, pediatrics, occupational health) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under supervision of the OT.
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities and exercises.
• Monitor and record patient progress.
