Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking a servant-minded Occupational Therapist to advocate patient care from admission to discharge. The role welcomes new grads and experienced therapists, with mentorship and structured growth through a clinical ladder tied to certifications and specialties.

You will work across Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU and related departments, with about 12 patients per day and flexible time per patient to support recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• OT degree or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Open to new grads and experienced therapists.
• Detail-oriented while able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication across all levels.
• Collaborative, team-building mindset; servant leader.
• H-1B sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train therapists as needed, including new grads.
• Manage patient care from admission to discharge.
• Cover multiple floors and departments (Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU).
• Provide care for about 12 patients per day with time as needed.
• Participate in a structured clinical ladder with certification-based pay increases.
