Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to float between ICU, CCU, and oncology units, serving high-neuro populations and patients with spinal cord injuries. The role emphasizes patient care over productivity within a multidisciplinary team of over 25 full-time therapists.

Mentorship is provided; a $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered and more than a month of PTO is included. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program and
