Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join a 400+ bed teaching hospital in San Antonio, TX. The role involves floating across six acute care units, caring for adult and geriatric patients, and participating in a leadership-driven clinical ladder with dedicated mentorship from day one.

You’ll be part of a team of over 40 therapists, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, professional growth, and delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic teaching hospital

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program (Master's or Doctorate).
• Ability to work with adult and geriatric populations.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach; servant leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Float among six acute care units (Neuro, Ortho, Cardiac, ICU, Step-down, and more).
• Provide care for 7–8 patients per day in acute care settings.
• Participate in a clinical ladder with leadership growth track; mentorship on day 1.
• Engage with a team of over 40 therapists to support patient care.
• Contribute to training and continuous professional development.
