Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time, permanent position at a 300+ bed teaching hospital in Denver. The OT will float among six acute care units — Neuro, Orthopedics, Cardiac, ICU, Step-down, and more — seeing about 7–8 patients daily in acute care.

From day one, you will receive six weeks of individualized mentorship and training, with a clinical ladder and leadership growth track to support your career progression, while collaborating with a team of over 40

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Collaborative, team-building personality style.
• Desire to treat highly complex cases.
• Servant leader mindset.

Responsibilities

• Float among six acute care units: Neuro, Orthopedics, Cardiac, ICU, Step-down and more.
• See an average of 7–8 patients per day in acute care.
• Receive 6 weeks of individualized mentorship and training on day 1.
• Collaborate with a team of over 40 therapists in acute care.
• Engage in the clinical ladder program with leadership growth track.
