Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a permanent Acute Care role at a leading North Carolina hospital. You will work with critically ill patients and join a collaborative team of 10 PTs, 11 OTs, and 2 SLPs spanning ICU, Orthopedics, Neuro, Vascular, Stroke and Cardiac services, with NICU exposure possible.

Qualifications

• Master/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to new grads and experienced therapists.
• Coachable and eager to grow.

• Acute Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to critically ill patients in Acute Care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, and SLPs across ICU, Orthopedics, Neuro, Vascular, Stroke and Cardiac populations.
• Contribute to patient-centered care and service excellence in a demanding hospital setting.
• Possibility to work in NICU exposure.

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Full-time permanent Acute Care position...the Acute Care team is the very heartbeat of this hospital. This Occupational Therapist will work with patients in the most critical state of their life and have the opportunity to meet them in their need. Join a collaborative direct team of 10 PTs, 11 OTs, and 2 SLPs while getting to work with various ICU, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Stroke & Cardiac patient populations with opportunity to work in NICU as well.
