Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a dedicated occupational therapist for a non-profit trauma center. The role covers Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU and ICU step-down, with a patient load of about 12 per day and up to 45 minutes per patient.

The schedule is 4/10s with 4.5 weeks PTO and relocation/sign-on bonuses. We welcome new grads and experienced therapists who are detail-oriented, display exceptional communication, and lead with a servant mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Collaborative, team-building personality style.
• Servant leader mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy across multiple floors and departments.
• Help patients understand what has happened to their bodies and guide recovery.
• Collaborate with care teams to support rehabilitation across disciplines.
