Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for Acute Care, floating across multiple floors. You will care for patients in critical states, collaborating with Ortho, Neuro, and Cardiac teams to deliver evidence-based OT interventions.

A servant-leader mindset and strong communication are essential. Ideal candidates have a Master or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and a willingness to grow within a supportive team that values patient improvement

Responsabilités

• Provide OT services to acute care patients across multiple floors.
• Collaborate with Orthopedic, Neuro and Cardiac teams to plan patient care.

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Full-time permanent Acute Care position...Acute Care is the doorway to Rehab here and the Acute Care team is the very heartbeat of the facility. This Occupational Therapist will work with patients in the most critical state of their life and have the opportunity to meet them in their need. You will work with various Ortho, Neuro & Cardiac patient populations. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
