Job summary

Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide rehab services in a full-time daytime role. The OT will assess patients, develop and modify treatment plans, and educate families on management strategies.

Under the supervision of the Department Manager/Director, responsibilities include documentation, program development, and collaboration with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality care in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an A.O.T.A. accredited school of Occupational Therapy; Master's preferred.
• OT License required (accredited program).
• Experience in a clinical OT setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and determine rehab requirements with proper documentation.
• Develop and adjust long- and short-term treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on evaluation results and home programs.
• Participate in department activities and interdisciplinary mentoring.
