The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Master’s in OT preferred; BLS may be required. Strong EMR and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent; licensed or eligible.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with EMR, Outlook, Windows and MS Office.
• Ability to read, write, and speak conversational English effectively; strong communication with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Establishes, implements, and adapts individualized treatment plans with goals, activities, and frequency.
• Documents accurately and timely using objective terminology; ensures discharge planning is clear.
