Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an AOTA-accredited OT program.
• Master's degree in OT (preferred).
• OT license/registration required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and perform initial and ongoing OT assessments.
• Develop and modify long- and short-term OT treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on evaluation findings and home programs.
• Maintain documentation including evaluation reports and discharge notes.
• Collaborate with department team and other clinical disciplines.
