Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Fort Walton Beach. You will provide evidence-based care across neuro, trauma, and ortho populations, with mentorship and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACOTE approved occupational therapy program.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

What You Will Get

Compensation

Pay Range: $75,000-$90,000 per year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
