Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Riverview, FL is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation/acute care. You will deliver evidence-based care, set timely treatment plans, and collaborate with a hospital team to advance patient functioning and care pathways.

The role offers mentoring, CE opportunities, and comprehensive benefits as part of a national organization partnered with AdventHealth Riverview to expand access to quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy program.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (physicians, case management, nurses, etc).

Compensation

Pay Range: $74,000-$108,000 per year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
