Memorial Health in Illinois seeks an Occupational Therapist I to provide examinations, evaluations, therapy diagnoses, interventions and prognosis in line with hospital policies. The Occupational Therapist I is responsible and accountable for providing examinations, evaluations, therapy diagnosis, interventions, and prognosis in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Emphasis on managing daily clinical caseload efficiently including effective treatment, and appropriate documentation and billing practices. The Therapist I will participate in performance improvement and program development activities in accordance with departmental goals and objectives. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Licensed or license pending in the State of Illinois without previous disciplinary action in Illinois or other states. Current CPR card.
Part Time, Days
Pay Transparency $31.51 - $48.83. Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
