Job summary

Apploi is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Illinois to evaluate and treat residents to regain daily living skills and independence. You will develop plans and coordinate with the care team on ADL/IADL.

Position Overview:

Evaluate and treat residents to help them regain, maintain, or improve the skills needed for daily living and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing personalized treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques to maximize safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL).
• Ensure all treatment delivered is in accordance with the established plan of care.
• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention and modify treatment approach and directive as clinically appropriate with IDT collaboration.
• Ensure documentation is completed thoroughly and timely and complies with all company and state/federal regulatory requirements.
