Job summary

Saint Joseph VNA Home Care is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one in-home therapeutic services in the Mishawaka-South Bend area, in accordance with the physician’s plan of care and applicable licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program recognized by the AMA and AOTA.
• Eligible to sit for the NBCOT examination.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and their families.
• Committed to continuous learning and adherence to the agency’s policies and procedures.
• Minimum of one year of experience, or completion of a 6-8 week preceptor program.
• Prior experience in home healthcare is preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to the Mission and Organizational Code of Ethics, with strict adherence to the Compliance Program.
