Job summary

Mount Carmel Home Care in Columbus, OH is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered home health services. You’ll evaluate and treat patients in their homes, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and leverage user-friendly technology to monitor progress.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, Day One benefits, 403(b) matching, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Eligible for NBCOT certification.
• Minimum 1-year experience (or ability to complete 6-8 weeks of preceptorship).
• Home healthcare experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A passion for providing compassionate, mission-aligned care.
