Saint Joseph VNA Home Care is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver home-based OT services in a patient-centered model. You will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, applying clinical expertise to plans of care prescribed by physicians while meeting licensure requirements.
