Job summary

Saint Joseph VNA Home Care is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver home-based OT services in a patient-centered model. You will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, applying clinical expertise to plans of care prescribed by physicians while meeting licensure requirements.

The role requires NBCOT eligibility, a completed accredited OT program, and a valid driver’s license. Prior home health experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and ongoing

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program recognized by the AMA and AOTA.
• Eligible to sit for the NBCOT examination.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and their families.
• Minimum of one year of experience; home healthcare experience preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to the Mission and Organizational Code of Ethics, with strict adherence to the Compliance Program.
