Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active or eligible state PT license.
• New graduates welcome; outpatient experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, postoperative, neurological, and sports-related conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans to restore function and improve quality of life.
• Document patient progress accurately using EMR.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain a positive, clean, and professional clinic environment reflecting H2 Health’s culture.
