Job summary

The VIOS Clinic seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver personalized, in-home and senior living care focused on mobility, independence, and quality of life for older adults. You will assess and treat patients in private residences and senior communities, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, documentation in EMR, and leveraging telehealth when appropriate to extend care and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Valid OT license or eligibility in practice state(s).
• Degree from an accredited OT program.
• Proficiency in computer use and EMR systems.
• Current CPR certification.
