Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to provide personalized, in-home and senior living care to older adults, enhancing mobility, independence, and quality of life through evidence-based treatment and assessments.

You will develop individualized care plans, deliver therapy sessions, document in EMR systems, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients, caregivers, and staff.
