Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute in Ohio is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one care in private homes and senior living communities, using evidence-based treatment plans to enhance mobility and independence.

You will conduct evaluations, develop personalized care plans, deliver therapy sessions, document progress in an EMR system, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Virtual care options may be available to support patients and families.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license.
• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient transfers.

Responsibilities
