Qualifications

Job Summary The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration. Current valid CPR certification, preferred.

Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
