Harrisons Crossing Health Campus in Terre Haute, Indiana, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services. The ideal candidate will conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Job SummaryThe Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and CertificationsMust have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration. Current valid CPR certification, preferred.
