Job summary

Ayden Healthcare seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team, floating between Ayden Healthcare of Waterville and Ayden Healthcare of Wauseon. The ideal candidate has experience in skilled nursing facilities and will develop individualized care plans to assist patients in achieving rehabilitation goals.

The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, and documenting progress for optimal outcomes across facilities and school partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in occupational therapy within skilled nursing facilities or acute care settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of physiology and its application in therapeutic practices.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders, is highly desirable.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient service and fostering a supportive rehabilitation environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on goals and capabilities.
