Ayden Healthcare of Toledo is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team under the supervision of the Director of Therapy. You will help patients achieve rehabilitation goals and improve daily living activities.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and PRN, and a collaborative environment focused on compassionate patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be a valid OTA certification from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of adult rehabilitation and ADLs.
• Experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Job Overview
