Job summary

Aventura at Walton Hills in Walton Hills, OH is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This flexible role offers meaningful work in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and documentation skills.

Aventura at Walton Hills is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist looking for flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact on the lives of residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
