Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence.

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy colleagues, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver resident-centered care.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, facility, and professional practice standards.
• Educate residents and families on treatment plans, safety techniques, and home exercise programs as appropriate.
