Job summary

Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking a Per diem Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. You will develop individualized care plans and provide direct patient treatment to promote independence and well-being, participating in clinical team meetings for coordinated care.

Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, documenting progress, and ensuring compliance with Medicare and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Occupational Therapy
• CEU's per state licensure requirements
• Appropriate licensing requirements by individual states must be maintained
• New graduates welcome!

Up to $50 an hour with weekly pay!

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote patient independence, strength, and overall well-being. You will also participate in clinical team meetings and decision‑making processes to ensure seamless communication and effective care delivery.
