Job summary

Dove Healthcare in Spooner, WI is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time role (~25 hours/week) in a skilled nursing facility. You will plan, implement, and evaluate OT programs, contribute to discharge planning, and maintain thorough patient records.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discharge planning and development/implementation of patient care plans; perform patient assessments as needed.
• Maintain treatment records, patient files, and progress notes.
• Contribute to development and implementation of patient assessments and care plans, including quarterly reviews.

As An Occupational Therapist (OT), You Will

• plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct occupational therapy, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules regulations, and guidelines that govern a skilled nursing facility
• participate in discharge planning, development and implementation of patient care plans, patient assessments, etc. as necessary
• maintain treatment records, patient files, and progress notes as required
• participate in the development and implementation of patient assessments and care plans, including quarterly reviews

Required Qualifications

• master's degree (or bachelor's degree for those grandfathered in) in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university;
• current license as an occupational therapist in the State of Wisconsin
