The Siloam Springs Health and Rehab in Siloam Springs, AR is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' strengths, limitations, and rehabilitation potential
• Provide expert therapy services to patients with a variety of diagnoses and conditions, including but not limited to neurological, orthopedic, and cardiac conditions

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
