You will develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans, conduct thorough assessments, and collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, and nurses to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in occupational therapy (entry-level accepted).
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Arkansas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient, family, and team interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans for each patient.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify strengths, limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
• Provide therapy across neurological, orthopedic, and cardiac conditions.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
