Job summary

The Siloam Springs Health and Rehab in Siloam Springs, AR is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will develop and implement individualized OT plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, and nurses to provide comprehensive patient care.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in OT, be licensed in Arkansas, and demonstrate strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in OT from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Arkansas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized OT plans for each patient.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify strengths, limitations, and rehab potential.
• Provide OT services for a variety of diagnoses including neurological, orthopedic, and cardiac conditions.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, and nurses to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and rehab strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
