The Springs in Siloam Springs, AR is seeking a dedicated Full Time COTA to join our rehabilitation team. You will work with occupational therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, helping them reach their goals.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will document progress, adjust plans, and communicate effectively with patients, families and staff to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or associate credentials required for OTA licensure in Arkansas.
• Active AR OTA licensure in good standing is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with NetHealth software is a plus, not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and documentation.
• Implement and modify treatment plans based on patient needs and progress.

Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation services are designed to provide exceptional care to patients from local hospitals such as Siloam Springs Regional Hospital, Washington Regional, Northwest Bentonville, Northwest Springdale, and Mercy Hospital. As a preferred provider with our hospital partners, we proudly admit patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time COTA - Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our rehabilitation department, you will work closely with our occupational therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help our patients achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and documentation
• Implement and modify treatment plans based on patient needs and progress
• Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
